How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 8 to 20 business days. For customers in the USA, UK, Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, and Australia, delivery is usually faster at 7 to 15 business days.

How does the shipping process work?

1. You place an order and receive a confirmation email.
2. We process and pack your order within 48 hours.
3. You receive a tracking number via email.
4. You track your package until it arrives.

Important notes:
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a full street address.
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by flight schedules, weather, or customs. Check your tracking for the most accurate update.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, or if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

2. Place an order and enter your buyer's shipping address.
3. Add a note in the comment box so we know it is a dropship order.
4. We process and ship the order within 48 hours.
5. We send you the tracking number. You pass it to your buyer.

That is it. No middle-men markups. No hidden fees. Just boots delivered to your customer with your name on the package.
